1. Definitions

“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the contracting business.
“Services” means B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
“Appointment” means a confirmed meeting, call, or demonstration with a qualified prospect.
2. Scope of Services
My Appoints provides B2B outbound cold calling and appointment-setting services in compliance with:

Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)

ICO Direct Marketing Guidance

FCA cold calling regulations
We do not guarantee sales outcomes or revenue — only appointment delivery.
3. Appointment Qualification
An appointment is valid and billable when:

The decision-maker or key influencer agrees
-
Date and time are confirmed
-
Legitimate business interest is expressed
-
Targeting criteria are met
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Price: £190.00 per qualified appointment — No VAT
Invoices issued weekly or monthly.
Payment due within 7 days.
Fees are non-refundable once delivered, except if:

The appointment does not meet qualification criteria

The prospect denies confirming the appointment
5. Client Obligations
Clients confirm that their service:

Is lawful
-
Is FCA compliant (if applicable)

Contains no misleading claims
6. Legal Compliance
We operate under Legitimate Interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and fully comply with:

We reserve the right to refuse campaigns that breach compliance.
7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice.
Immediate termination applies for compliance or payment breaches.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales.
